Inatsisartut's Presidium and a Parliament-elected representative of each political party or alliance of independents, who is not represented in the Presidium, constitutes the Committee on Rules of Procedure for the Parliament of Greenland.

 

The Committee has executive responsibility for approving the Presidium's bills for the Parliamentary Budget. It is the responsibility of the Presidium to lay the budget, after which the Committee on Rules of Procedure approves it.

 

The Committee on Rules of Procedure is otherwise convened only on an ad hoc basis and at the request of the Parliament of Greenland.
